Roger Jones was commenting on "Welby" -- a place in Lincolnshire.
I read from wiki:
"Victoria Alexandrina Maria Louisa Stuart-Wortley married Sir William Earle WELBY-Gregory, 4th baronet. She and Sir William lived together at Denton Manor in Lincolnshire."
