Grief and Laughing

I have to thank M. Davidson for pun on weed. It is very good.

As it happens, H. P. Grice learned to grieve and to laugh at Clifton; later had his
great go Oxoniensis, and ended up teaching classics at Rossall -- for a year.
But when he _had_ to think of a school for his son, Timothy, he dismissed the
'public' school option. I guess Timothy would _not_ need to go through it
with a scholar of the first callibre like his dad was in the home.
