There are quite a few google hits for "Gricean rationality" simpliciter and sometimes in collocation "Gricean rationality model", where "Gricean" surely qualifies Model rather than Rationality. Grice would have seen "Gricean" rationality as otiose as "ichthyological necessity": one rationality too many.
There are good reasons for using "Gricean reason", though, including by J. Woods.
