Kramer has mentioned in comments to "Egoless Gene" the 'flouting cooperativeness', and we are discussing this in detail vis a vis specific implicatures.
What I noticed in the wiki, "evolution of cooperation" includes a few interesting mentions of 'rationality' -- and this:
"TFT also tolerates "ALL C" (always cooperate) strategies, which then give an opening to exploiters.[57]".
So there,s "All C" and "All D". But it seems that for Grice we do not NEED "All C". I'm not saying that cooperativeness can be flouted _as easy_ as Kramer may be suggesting it can! For this we may need to revise, as far as the exegesis goes, the Strand 6 of Grice's Valedictory Essay, on the general layout of this Cooperative Principle as emerging from a more general consideration of rationality. Etc.
