Beware the Jabberwock and its implicatures

Nothing to beware too much -- but a note that: when I write a comment, I sometimes, but I promise no more, sometimes get out of the script and search for a blog entry or something -- and then I see that the whole screen disappears. So I have to be careful, I guess. So if one comment or two from me look terse, it may be because the origian
