Discussed by Chapman, p. 140 -- Not that she _quotes_ Weininger. I was always amused by Nancy (Cartwright-Hampshire)'s negligence when submitting her thing to the PGRICE festschrit:
"Next chapter will be devoted to Leibniz"
-- she discusses at length her participation at the lively seminars -- across the bay -- on 'als ob' by Grice -- but fails to cross out the deictic 'next chapter', which is not meant to indicate J. Baker's contro to the festschrift but her own in her v. own _How the laws of physics lie_.
Not lie _on the table_, but 'mean', i.e. do not say the truth.
