R. Hall illuminated me on this. I thought that Roxbee Cox was the Cox that Owen had attending Ryle's group.
"Nay. The Cox you mean committed suicide". He wrote (or words) -- and publicly, in S. R. Bayne's forum for the interesting history of analytic philosophy.
