My marginalia to Chapman, p. 82. Other than Avramides (in part) and Harrison ("Intro to the Philo of Language") nobody is remembering the odd piles of essays -- at my Swimming Pool Library -- by Wilson, McKay, Garner, on Grice on meaning! They were cited by every other philosopher _then_!
To the point that Harrison cares to qualify Grice's quessertion as the most refuted one _after_ rule-utilitarianism!
