Grice and Borges on mise-en-abyme

When I was somewhere, I was asked to deliver a lecture on Cervantes! I managed to do that, and the thing came out in the proceedings. It has "mise en abyme" in the title (a term used by Andre Gide) and it's all about Borges -- and Grice. One day I shall pdf and upload for the sake of it. It has page references, too!
