Grice's Holy City

O city of eternal truth,

Rather than from the Tamil Scriptures, as suggested in the previous post, it's more likely that Grice borrowed (but never returned) the phrase, the "City of Eternal Truth" phrase from Daniel O. Teasely (1918)
