So perhaps the keyword should be: "Donnellanian implicature".
Grice gave a seminar on implicature at Cornell (Sage, if you must) while Donnellan was teaching logic -- (Donnellan used two textbooks: Quine's "Method of Logic" and Strawson's "Introduction to Logical Theory").
So they knew what they were talking about!
