Soeteman discusses (online) Kenny in some detail -- good as guide to Atlas and Levinson
Levinson/Brown and indeed, Atlas/Levinson, "What is an implicature?", 1973 -- mimeo -- used Kenny's arguments. (Atlas learned of them via his days at Wolfson, in Oxford). So it is good to have this online review by Soeteman.
