  1. I have tried not to append any comment, so that in case someone googles, this is the doc. uploaded by Bancroft, who owns things. I would think 'implicative', which occurs twice -- the first hit me as original -- is a typo for 'implicature'?
    I like many of the items, and should comment, soo. "A pint of philosophy" must be my favourite. Etc.
