Grice on the PCA

I love to amuse R. B. Jones. In a longish post elsewhere, I wrote of cabbages and things, and let the acronym PCA drop.

It's paradigm-case-argument. Grice thought Urmson thought it good. (Vide WoW, Urmson in index -- Valediction). For Grice this is important, for his own defense of an underdogma relies on the PCA idea that a truth-value of a distinction may be a thing to be deemed (good). I'm writing vaguely but should comment _some day_.
