Cited by Doyle in the Williams page, citing from Williams 1963:
"For instance, are we to say that a man is not responsible if there is a psychological explanation of what he did ? This by itself is too weak, since the phrase ' psychological explanation' can cover practically anything, including for instance 'he freely chose'."
