------ for the GC
NOT REALLY -- as yet. But
B. Doyle on Libet, in Informationphilosopher:
"Alfred Mele, in his 2009 book Effective Intentions, the Power of Conscious Will, criticized the interpretation of the Libet results on two grounds."
This reminded me of the Grice entry in Informationphilosopher which has as the FIRST stage:
------ "External, or 'transeunt', causation in
------ inanimate objects, when an object
------ is AFFECTED by processes in other
------ objects."
Enough to want to know more about etymologies!
'effective intentions', 'affected by processes'.
