Grice's Set Theory

The  class w would be a member of itself if it satisfied   its  defining 
condition, i.e., if it were not a member of  itself.   (Grice was to joke
on this
calling Austin's Play Group,  to which he    belonged, as "the class of
tutors that have no  other class").
