J.O. Urmson’s The Greek Philosophical Vocabulary contains some five hundred alphabetically arranged entries, each aiming to provide useful information on a particular word used by Greek philosophers.
O. T. O. H., Speranza's "A Grice Dictionary" contains some five hundred NON-alphabetically arranged entries, each claiming to provide useless information on a particular used (except "of") used by Grice
Urmson's book includes a wealth of quotations ranging from the fifth century BC to the sixth century AD.
Speranza's book includes a few ranging from 1913 (when Grice was born) to 1988 (when Grice died -- or 'was dead' as they say in Yorkshire).
J.O. Urmson is a Fellow and Tutor in Philosophy at Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford, and Henry Waldgrave Stuart Professor of Philosophy, Emeritus, at Stanford University.
