"This house [next to the Marina, in Harbor Beach, Michigan] has history of its own. It started to be
built in
1874
by three generations of the Grice family. The Grices weren't
done completing it until 1960 when the last owner, James Grice,
died and the City of Harbor Beach bought the property. Nowadays,
you can visit the kitchen, bedroom, barn, school building, and
sewing room."
