"The chief danger of our philosophy, apart from laziness and wooliness, is scholasticism, the essence of which is treating that which is vague as if it were precise and trying to fit it into an exact logical category."

The main danger of philosophy, apart from laziness and wooliness, is scholasticism, the essence of which is treating that which is 'vague' as if it were 'precise,' and trying to fit it into a non-vague, precise -- indeed, exact -- logical category!"
