"misleading, odd, wrong" but TRUE

Grice wants to say that we should distinguish between Premise and conclusion here:

Premise: 'a does not exist and so a is not F'

Conclusion: 'Something is not F'.

"Given P, C is, 'strictly speaking true'.

----

YET: this is compatible with

Given P, there is something 'wrong, odd, or misleading' about asserting C.
