Interpretation of ∃-quantified formulae in System G

From p. 138.

Again, like the interpretation of A-quantified formulae, it is done via the notion of an 'efficiency-QUOTA preserving individual constant variant'.

If p = Ewnpsi, phi is corr(1) on Z iff psi(a'/w) is corr(1) on AT LEAST one efficiency-quota preserving individual constant variant of Z.
