Peter Thomas Geach and Herbert Paul Grice

PETER THOMAS GEACH was born in Chelsea, London, in 1916.

He was a student at Balliol, Oxford, from 1934 to 1938.

In 1979, he was awarded an Honorary Fellowship at Balliol.

Balliol possesses unbound pages of "Reference and Generality An examination of some Medieval and Modern Theories" as published by the London-based Cornell University Press, 1980 -- the third edition, "with minor corrections and revisions". It was presented to Balliol in 1991 by Peter Thomas Geach.
