Not an obvious euphemism: "refudiate' (pudenda)

"There isn't any close connection between "repudiate" and "pudenda". "Repudiate" comes from Latin repudio, repudiare (note the i), meaning to put away. "Pudenda" comes from Latin pudeo, pudere (note the e, which by the way is short), meaning to be ashamed. I'm not saying there's no connection — I don't know about the IE roots — but there's certainly no close connection in the Latin."
