After 1912, 1925, and 1944, 'schizophrenia' was used in 1945 by W. S. Sadler in Mod. Psychiatry, xxxix, p. 464.

Sadler writes:

"Among the trends of
schizophrenia
is the persistent tendency
to shun REALITY."
