While people speak of schizophrenia, after reading Grice's Aspects of Reasoning, and being aware of his theory of conversational implicature, we should popularise the term of more obscure coinage:
HEBEPHRENIA
is a disorder characterized especially by incoherence, delusions lacking an underlying theme, and affect that is usually flat, inappropriate, or silly.
"Silly," as defined by Grice, of course!
