Löb Is All You Need

But Grice did not. He quotes Aristotle directly from his student, J. R. Ackrill.

Loeb was a good one. He knew Freud personally. His family owned a bank in Manhattan but he was a Harvardite. His first Loebs came out in 1917. Virginia Woolf, whose father knew Greek well, loved them. "Not my father -- he wouldn't need them. But our generation's Greek is _rustier_. Plus they are lovely volumes for the room of your own". Etc.
