Indeed! But YOU Had used the term, 'pathological implicature', and I thought it was cute. Plus, it's a good COLLOCATION, you'll grant. Google 'pathological implicature'.
Surely it's NOT the 'implicature' that's pathological. It's possibly the patient (who is).
