The Chattering Class: An Implicatural Analysis

Right.

In a way, the more you chatter, the less you implicate.

I don't know of many politicians whose claim to fame was 'implicature'. Royalty, perhaps. Not really political-themed. As when Edward VIII was asked about his favourite opera.
